Sampling Bottle

One of a Kind Aquasyn’s unique sample bottle assembly with an integrated Valbow solves a number of process problems and has become an industry standard. It is designed for those that prefer a reusable component over one that is disposable. Sample bottles can be provided with any number of options including different bottle sizes, color coded caps, and unusual Valbow sample valve configurations. The ARTeSYN engineered ultra pure sampling valve is not about giving you something the same as all the rest. It’s about giving you a sample valve that’s different but most importantly better! After many years of careful consideration to the evolving needs of the sampling of ultrapure and other high value fluids, the design staff had a breakthrough. The result is what you see here in the illustrations and photographs of the product. A pitot style sample valve, with a continuous directed flush through the seal face and out through the connection pipework. Easily customized to fit any sampling application, this concept has received positive responses from many who have struggled to maintain repeatability and accuracy of their samples. Sampling from the center of the process line eliminates many of the possible causes of contamination that are typical of other valve designs.

Aquasyn’s innovative design capabilities set us apart. The compact and economical design features robust construction, precision machining and state of the art surface finishes with ASME-BPE compliant chemistry. All are machined from 316L austenitic stainless steel bar stock. No castings are used whatsoever, and all are fully traceable with material test reports (MTRs) and heat numbers provided as standard procedure.

SOLUTIONS AND ATEX CLASSIFICATION

Atex is the conventional name of 94/9/CE policy of European Union for regulation of equipment for Atex zone. The Policy became effective 1st March 1996 and became binding 1st July 2003 for all European countries and sets Atex certification for all products marketed in the European Union, apart from production place and laws in force, if installed in Atex environments. Since Atex policy came in force, CO.RA. attuned its own products to satisfy these requirements demanded by European Policy to chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The firm R & D activity, process validation and all concerning the warranty of a complete service to offer its customers, employed CO.RA. staff in a specific research to manufacture “Made in Italy” Atex gaskets for Sole Valve®, Rotary Valve®, Double Valve®.
